**For students enrolled in the 15 credit study abroad program: Your program final payment is due to SUNY-Albany by their stated due date. They will provide you with billing details and payment instructions. Disregard instructions below about final payment to GSC since your payment will go to SUNY-Albany directly.

GSC strongly encourages you to express mail your items so that they are received on time.  While obtaining a tracking number is useful and recommended, please do not require signature confirmation as this may result in delayed receipt of the items due to failed delivery attempts.

*Please note that you will not be granted final acceptance into the program until you submit all of the required items in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your program.

The following three items must be submitted online or received in GSC office by: #60Days#

1. Submit your full Program Contribution by mail to the GSC office. See above for exact amount.

*Please note that GSC accepts program fee payment by personal check, cashier’s check, or money order only. All payments and funds submitted to Global Service Corps must be in US dollars. If GSC receives checks in another currency, they will be returned to the participant, who will be required to re-submit the payment in US dollars.

2. Download the Participant Policies Form and mail back to GSC 

3. Download the Volunteer Special Interest Form and email it to Cambodia@globalservicecorps.org.

4. Download Participant Background Information Form, complete and upload back to MyGSC page.*

The following three items must be submitted online or received in the GSC office by: #30Days#

1. Download the Travel Insurance Requirement Form and mail it back to GSC

2. Register your trip with the Cambodia Embassy. Follow these instructions and after you have successfully registered, forward (email) to GSC the username and password you create.

3. Order and submit a clear background check to GSC for the in-country partner organizations' review.  For specific details about the process, please follow these instructions.

4. Scan and email a copy of a passport-sized photo to GSC. This is for possible inclusion with Cambodia government volunteer forms required by some in-country partner organizations.

5. Copy your full Flight Itinerary into the form below. Note: All Cambodia Programs begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday. Participants must arrive in country no later than the Sunday before their Monday start-date.

**IF YOUR FLIGHT ITINERARY CHANGES:
1. Upload the new itinerary onto your MyGSC Page, replacing the current itinerary.
2. Contact GSC Headquarters at Cambodia@globalservicecorps.org indicating you have uploaded a new flight itinerary to your MyGSC Page.
3. GSC Headquarters staff will verify receipt of your itinerary change by email within two business days. Do NOT assume your newest itinerary has been confirmed until you receive notice from our office.
